Double award "Valuable employer" and "World market leader 2024"

The Bavarian workshop equipment supplier receives the "Valuable Employer" award for the third time in a row, this time with the rating "Very high contribution to the common good". In addition, the company is repeatedly rated as a "World Market Leader Champion 2024" by the University of St. Gallen. Both awards are organized in cooperation with WirtschaftsWoche.

Haldenwang, 15thJanuary 2024. The Bavarian-based mechanical engineering company was recognized as a "Valuable Employer" for the third time in a row. With a rating of "Very high contribution to the common good", MAHA has even improved on the previous year. The rating is the result of a representative survey conducted by ServiceValue, an analysis and consulting company commissioned by WirtschaftsWoche. The study examined which employers in Germany are rated by local citizens as valuable and as making a major contribution to the common good. For this purpose, a total of 2,121 companies with at least 500 employees were assessed in terms of, for example, tax revenue and jobs. The result was published by the official media partner WirtschaftsWoche on 10.11.2023 under the title "These 1000 employers do a lot for the common good".

For the second award, Christoph Müller, responsible on the part of the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland), and his team dealt with the annual question "What is the situation of German global market leaders?" Their task was to filter the current index members from a database of 1,300 potential global market leaders according to strict criteria. Companies that qualify as global market leaders must be number one or two worldwide in terms of sales in at least one relevant market segment. In addition, 50 percent of the annual turnover must be generated abroad and on three continents. MAHA has now been recognized as the world market leader in the field of workshop and motor vehicle testing equipment for the seventh time and has been awarded the title "World Market Leader - Champion 2024".

The ranking of global market leaders was presented on 98 pages in an exclusive special edition of WirtschaftsWoche entitled "The 450 Secret World Market Leaders 2024".
